Quantity: 180,000 MT (+/- 5 %) per year

Price: 600 USD per metric ton / CIF European Main Sea Port
Payment Terms: Irrevocable, Transferable Documentary Letter of Credit Fully-Funded for monthly shipment quantity +/- 5% on sight upon presentation of documents as per contract acceptable to Sellers bank.
Performance Bond: Seller provides 2% performance bond of LC value
