We, PT. INTRADA BUANA MAKMUR, hereby confirm, with full corporate and legal authority and responsibility that we are ready, willing and able to enter in a contractual agreement with you and/or your buyer for the following commodity with the following terms and conditions:
1. Commodity: Sugar Cane Molasses
2. Specification Parameter Supplies:
Total Sugar as Invert (TSAI) 45 % to 53,77 %
Brix 88.98 % to 89,05 %
3. Origin: Indonesia
4. Supply Ability 12.000 Metric Tons to be delivered in lot 6000 Metric Tons per shipment
5. Inspection: By SUCOFINDO Surveyors or an equivalent for the Seller account. Quantity determined by the SUCOFINDO or an equivalent at the loading port will be final and B/L weight.
6. Delivery: FOB
7. Delivery time 25 days after confirmed payment from buyer Bank.
