The Seller with whom i am working is based in Dubai .There is 2
different working the seller is offering .The seller require trasferable l/c
to proceed further .

1)After the price is being fixed the seller is willing to trasfer
some hard documents in regards to there shipment wht they have done .

a)We can provide you 5% P.B just after signing the contract as soon
the prices and other terms and conditions are finalized .The buyer has
to give a proof of funds ( BCL ) and then the buyer has to open an
non-operative letter of credit.The prices will be 260 usd .

b)This procedure is only for India and Dubai market.The seller will
recevie the payment only after the goods is been delivered to
destination port (India or Dubia ) and when the local SGS company gives the
report of the product the L/C can be negoiated .The P.B for this trasaction
will be 2 % .The prices will be 270 usd .
