Specifications:
Product: Brazilian cane sugar, icumsa 45, grade a
Quantity:12500mt. Minimum
Delivery: Immediate
Price: $255.00/mt, cif, aswp.
Payment: Ffdlc (letter of credit) for contract full amount, dispersed as per each shipment on document presentation, or standby lc (letter of credit) on prime eu or usa bank guarantee for contract full amount
Performance bond:. A prime swiss bank delivery bank guarantee in favour of the buyer in full contract amount, to be deducted as per each shipment delivery until maturity date.

Procedures: -
1. Buyer sends loi (letter of intent) and bcl.
2. Seller sends fco along with draft of contract.
3. After signing contract deal will settle on a bank to bank basis (exchange of pop)
4. Deliveries occur as per contract agreement.
