This variety of pickled radish has been developed by Hankuk Foods Company in our effort to enhance the nutritional value of the radish. Various vegetables are added to the radishes including seaweed, lotus roots, cucumbers, and ginger.Then, these radishes with vegetables are preserved with soy sauce and maltose, and fermented. This nutritional product can be served as a side dish for regular meals or in a lunch box. We were awarded the bronze medal at the Traditional Processed Foods Fais in 1992, and the Europe Interantional Gold Star Aqard in 1995.
