Argan oil is a biological oil of very high quality, which is made by hand in a traditional way. It is used for food as well as for body care. This oil reduces body cholesterol and limits the risk of heart attacks. It stimulates and it enhances mental potentials. It improves circulatory performance, it relaxes and rejuvenates. Additionally, Argan oil actively reduces free radicals and the deterioration of skin cells.

Argan oil has a rich nutty flavour, and is usually used as a finishing touch for cooked food, especially grilled fish or chicken and roasted vegetables and salad.
