This Cava is: of pale yellow colour, crystalline with bright hues. Its froth iselegant and permanent. In the nose it owns a fruit with back-ground aroma of buns. In the palate: the carbonic from the second fermentation is perfectly integrated into the mouth, being soft and well balanced.
Service: 5-8?C
Advisable dishes: Especially to accompany hors- d?euvres, metas and poultry, or as an aperitif accompanying sea food.
