My name is Dilip Vyas, and I have a make a new flour and its bakery product which is free from Wheat.

My product is made by a new seeds which is found in / out of the Jungle\''s ares of Gujarat - The name of the seeds is -Thage.

It is a one kind of grain, which is growing under the land,,,like groundnut. It is off white colour seeds and very testy - and colour becomes change after dehydration of moisture.

We are the first user of the seed\''s flour in the bakery product,unless the seeds are mostly out of knowledge by human still today.
