Sea tangle-fucoxanthin were prepared from sea tangle as following procdure.
1. Cleaned sea tangle were soaked in ethanol(90%) at room temperature for overnight after removed salts from it in a extractor.
2. The fucoxanthin were extracted by the ethanol from the sea tangle while agitation in a extractor.
3. The extracts were separated from the residue and evaporated the ethanol and concentrated to a certain degree.
4. The fucoxathin fraction mixed with the grain powder and vit C and maked a dough, and granulated by granulator and dried under 10% moisture.
5. Packed 125g granule in a PET bottles, and inspected by government inspector. [详细介绍]
