[Product performance] The product is colourless transparent colloid with light odor and no impurities, is physiological inert, insoluble in water, with relative weight of 1.045-1.065g/cm3, viscosity of 10-300,000 cpa, volatile matter less than 1.5%, and has excellent thixotropy and isolation performance. [Scope of application] This product is specially used to manufacture disposable vacuum blood vessel harvesting and injection blood vessel harvesting, as a necessary material for the preparation of high-quality serum and blood samples for preservation, transmission and transfer in clinical tests.

[Notes]

The company's separating glue is a patent product with unique ingredients. Please do not mix it with other suppliers'products, so as not to cause product defects and unnecessary losses to you.

The recommended temperature range for separating gel is - 20 ~90 C. With the change of ambient temperature, the viscosity of the product will change greatly. Low ambient temperature may cause difficulty in gluing. It is suggested that when the ambient temperature is below 15 C, the water bath can be heated to 60 - 70 C to reduce the viscosity and improve the gluing efficiency.

The phenomenon of "drawing" occurs during normal temperature gluing, which can increase the gluing temperature appropriately or break the filament by vibration.

After high vacuum treatment, there is almost no air inclusion in the colloid. It is not recommended to mix in the process of transferring and adding glue, because mixing easily leads to a large amount of air in the colloid.

After adding the product into the test tube, the gel plane flow distance is less than 5 mm after 20 days of inverted test at 60 C in vacuum. It can ensure that no more than 5 mm flow will occur during 20 days of continuous transportation at 60 C by containers, and it will not affect the normal use of blood vessels. Even so, we still recommend that during the long transport process, the blood vessels with separating gel should not be inverted.

It is recommended not to touch the separating glue directly by hand. When adhering to the skin, you can scrape off most of the colloids with clean iron sheets, wipe off most of the colloids with waste newspapers, then clean them with DMC, D4 and other organic solvents, or clean them with detergent powder mixed with sawdust and detergent, and then rinse them with water.

Cleaning of separating rubber feeding hopper: Replace separating rubber from different manufacturers, or place the feeding hopper unused and exposed to air for a long time, and clean it before putting it back into use. The cleaning method is as follows: firstly, the colloid on the surface around the hopper is removed with a stainless steel shovel, then it is cleaned with a brush dipped in DMC, D4 and other solvents, and then it is cleaned with a cloth dipped in solvents. Feeding pipes should also be cleaned to prevent colloidal contamination.

[Warning and prevention]

1. It is forbidden to use serum gel when it is found that there are impurities, foreign bodies, abnormal odor, abnormal color and expiry date.

2. This product is inert, safe and non-toxic.

3. This product should not be mixed with other manufacturer's products. Mixing may lead to the appearance of colloid stratification, turbidity and other phenomena.

4. Exceeding the recommended storage temperature limit may impair the quality of the separating gel.

[Special Storage Conditions and Methods] Unless otherwise specified on the packaging label, it is generally recommended to keep them sealed at a storage temperature of 0-40 C (32-104 degrees F) to avoid direct exposure to air and sunlight.
