HS111 HS111 RCoCr-A It is a low-carbon cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy surfacing welding wire for cast.Surfacing layer has a good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance. It can remain its characteristics even in high temperature of about 650 ℃.It is used in welding high temperature and high pressure valves, hot cutting edge and hot-forging die.

HS112 HS112 RCoCr-B It is a mid-carbon cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy surfacing welding wire for cast. Surfacing layer has a good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance. It can remain its characteristics even in high temperature of about 650 ℃.It is used in welding high temperature and high pressure valves, internal combustion engine valve, chemical fiber cutting edge, shaft sleeve and bushing of high-pressure pump, hot-rolling pass.

HS113 HS113   It is a high-carbon cobalt-chromium-tungsten alloy surfacing welding wire for cast. Surfacing layer has a good wear resistance. It is cobalt base alloy surfacing weldingwire. Surfacing layer has a good wear resistance and heat resistance buttoughness is not so good. It has goodcorrosion resistance in condition of sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and nitric acid. It is also used for hot pressing die of copper base alloy and aluminium alloy, hot extrusion die and condition of corrosion resistance and wear resistance in plastic, papermaking and chemical industry.

HRC:46-50(normal temperature), HV:370(649℃)

HS117 HS117   It is cobalt base alloy surfacing weldingwire. Surfacing layer has a good wear resistance and corrosion resistance but it is not good at shockresistance and has temperature-sensitive. It can remain its characteristics even in high temperature of about 800 ℃it is used for pump sleeve, rotating seal ring, eared faceplate and bearing sleeve.
