We have our own material trading company,use the new & good plastic material,use the computer drawing design,making the mould,when finish the production,test every pc about the quality and the pressure. We use the PPR plastic material from SINOPEC company in China or HYOSUNG company in Korea,the material no.R200P, the same one what the Europe factory use. The PPR part of the color as the customer like,we have produced light green,dark green,grey,white,blue,orange and so on.The brass insert can be brass plate nickel,brass plate chrome,straight thread as the America standard and so on.Or we can also use the stainless steel insert to instead of the brass insert. We can make different kinds of plastic fittings ourselves,also according the customer's samples and the drawings.Now our mainly product is pp-r pipe and pipe fittings,PE fittings,PEX-AL-PEX pipe fittings(instead of the brass fittings)and so on. About the pipe series,we have pp-r pipe,ppr-stainless steel pipe,ppr-al-ppr pipe,ppr-al-pe pipe. Our factory has passed ISO9001:2000.About the product,we already has two certifications, one is for the product Quality,like pressure and temperature,our government test each pc of our product 1000 hours. The other one is for the health test,with the stamp of "CNAL" and "MA" ,to certifying that our product can use for the drinking water. About our mould factory "YUYAO PROSPERITY MOULD FACTORY" produce different kind of the plastic mould,use the professional production lines.We have already exported our mould to several countries.
