Equipment introduction
1.It is mainly used for the outer curling process of potato chips paper cans. Design 5 sets of molds to work at the same time, the output per minute can reach 60, humidification, lubrication, forming, flaring, cleaning, turning cans synchronous automatic operation, suitable for mass production of potato chips cans.
2.The structure of the forming die is reasonable, and the double semi-circular auxiliary die is merged through the cylinder to realize the 360° inward curling of the mouth, which perfectly hides the paper tube cut.
3.The machine is equipped with automatic mold lubrication system, high precision adjustable injection volume, no oil residue on the mouth after molding, effectively improving the forming reliability.
4.The main body adopts high-strength aluminum profile
