FRP Grating Panel

We produce the grating by two different processing way. One is molded grating, another is pultruded grating. Molded grating is manufactured in an open, heated mold that resembles a large waffle iron. The wet-out fiber is formed to the desired geometric shape and pulled into a heated steel die. Most any constant cross-section can be pultruded. The feature of pultruded GRP gratings consists of the fact that the glass to resin ratio is higher in the bearing bar direction, therefore the span capacity is higher than compared to that of the molded grating.
