Mica Band Heater

Band heaters may be supplied in one piece or two piece construction. The specially designed tightening clamp provides full and even closure for maximum heat transfer. A variety of Terminal type and location is possible to meet any installation need. Outer Sheath - Polished S. S. 304 *Element - Resistance wire (Ni - 80 %, Cr-20%) *Termination - Metal Braided Fibre Glass wires *Insulation - Flexible Mill Board or Ceramic Fibre covered with Aluminium foil to avoid black spots on outer sheath.
