Application: ZLSP-R Type flat die pellet molding machine, which is newly developed, is specially designed for biomass materials. It is suitable to process materials like sawdust, straw, husk, peanut shell, bagasse and alfalfa, etc. Features: 1. The gears of the gearbox are made of high quality alloy steel. After case-hardening, carburizing and the grinding processes, the gear's advantages include smooth transmission, low noise, high bearing capacity, low temperature rise and long lifespan. 2. The mainshaft have heavy-duty thrust bearings which have a long productive lifespan and can carry the great axial force. 3. It applies long-diameter rollers, which makes the machine have a large output, high molding rate, uniform size, and high density. 4. Both the roller and the flat die have passed through a wear-resistant process. The two sides of the flat die are exchangeable, which extends the life of the machine. 5. In order to prevent dust and improve the working environment, all the bearings apply a leak proof structure. This also extends the service life of the bearings. 6. Our pellet mills can produce 6-12mm pellets, you can choose according to your need.
