Carbon Steel Seamless U-tube Material grades available for SA-179, SA-210, SA-213 T1, T2, T5, T9, T11, T12, T22, T91 Sizes range: OD 6 - 168.3 mm, WT 0.5 - 10.0 mm, Length = < 30, 000mm The straight tubes are strictly implements the standard specifications and the customers' drawings requirements. Dimensions of U tubes shall be strictly in compliance to customer's attached data sheets. PWHT (Solution Annealing)of U-Bend+300mm of straight length after Bending at About 680 C Holding time 5 to 7 Seconds. Test items for U tubes: 100% Hydrostatic test After Bending, 100% Through Ball test. Application: Used in Heat exchanger for petrochemical industry, auxiliary machinery & high pressure feed water heater, auxiliary machinery & low pressure feed water heater.
