Description: The wire jump preventer (001~006 series) is used for a radical change of direction and adequate guidance and prevent the wire jumping during the winding process in coil winding machine. The precision ceramics circle inside has an ultra-fine polishing degree Ra0.2. There is a high-speed bearing in this porcelain circle which can control the sliding distance between enameled wire and the circle under 0.2mm, protect the film and ensure the enameled wire jumping in a very small scope to stabilized the tension.
