Plastic plates are quite suitable for white even colourless material, Ensures that products willl not be discolored while grinding 3. Plate of alloy steel is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The usage age can be more than 3 years 4. The final fineness can come to 2-5 micron. 5. Adopts full Explosion Proof type 6. The grinding media is zirconium oxide beads or glass beads. The suitable size is 0.4mm-2.0mm. 7. The material of the mechanical seal is tungdten carbide, our machine adopts dual-end sealing mechanism, can bear more working pressure and achieve high sealing performance. 8. Adopting cooling facilities including the stator, rotor and isolating ring, it can take most of the heat which producted by the high viscosity material. 9. Internal circulated cooling/heating integrated system suiting temperature-sensitive materials. 10. Cooling fluid of mechanical seal adopts chemical fluid dissolved with material to assure the safety in a long time usage. 11. Person can easily dismantle the cylinder, convenient for cleaning, color change and maintenance.
