This system integrates the three part of barley soaking, sprouting and drying in a all-in-one equipment, no need malt soaking groove, sprouting box, drying oven. Malt soaking, water penetration, draining, air ventilate and showering are applicable in many malt soaking method. Then the malt automatically enter into the sprouting period. To confirm the sprouting quality, adjust the air temperature, humidity and then turn the malt at the right time. The drying automatically starts after sprouting, according to the drying oven procedure, the machine would adopt half-return air method, or totally return air method to lower the energy cost. The whole production is finished automatically. The machine can not only improve the working environment but also simplifies the production control. What's more, the machine can high raise the quality of the malt.
