Bottles Conveying system

The operating efficiency of the production line is related to the allocation of the conveying line. For the allocation of the conveying line, we must consider the influence to the operating of front equipments, when the back equipment stopped (for example: change the label), meanwhile, only make the front equipment nice connect to the back equipment, the complete production line could reach the high operation efficiency. The production line in our company fully considers the correlations between the customer investment and the use of production line, at the basis of foreign technology, the equipment could reach the above request. This system adopts the foreign advanced technology, the equipment structure is brand new, and most of components take the shape by stamping or bending, has the advantage of good rigidity, small weight and the good interchangeability. The operation of conveying is reliable, easy maintenance, could be suitable for the bottle with the diameter φ40～φ110 mm.Depending on acquisition of the current time, speed signal, the non pressurized feeding system could make the bottle on the conveyer change from the multiseriate steady to the single-row without the phenomenon of inter-extrusion. The electrical control system adopts PLC control the operation for the system of complete bottle convey buffer, could accelerating or decelerating and buffer automatically.
