Dispersed by-through Rice Production Line

1) Intelligent operating system: The central control system is applied in the whole process of rice cooking for convenient operations. Techniques and experience are not required. One operator may cook large amount of rice with the intelligent operating system.2) Unique linear flame: Linear flame from the parallel combustor will generate great heat directly to the cooker bottom for uniform heating and high heating efficiency.3) Inside coated with Teflon: For each time, it may braise 7.5 kg rice. The thickened part is directly above the linear flame. Curved pan bottom, suitable for heating, will have a better braising performance. Teflon will avoid pan-hitching and facilitate washing and cleaning. 4) Solid double-layer structure: From rice measuring, soaking, braising and cooking, rice rolling and softening, all the processes are done by the machine. Braising and cooking by double-layer structure will save energy and area occupation. It will satisfy clients with higher requirements for automatization through application of rice rolling and softening machine.
