The DTF-100/DTB-170/ZTF-550 packaging line is a combination equipment of cartooning machine, stretch banding machine and case packer. According to concrete packing request, and matching running rates of three machinery, they are connected with linking devices naturally. Performing function of chain-like control, it is a high-tech product of mechanical and electric integration. Firstly, the packing objectives are filled in cartoning machine, then the finished boxes will be banded in stretch banding machine and moved into case packer, and the whole process is finished automatically and successively. Adopting stretch film packing instead of shrink packing, it is helpful to save packing cost and enhance appearance beauty of goods. By using case packer, the enterprise can save labor so as to increase the automatization of the packing production line, and make it more perfect.
