Mian features: X, y, z axis and angle can be adjusted accurately, position between welding pad on the PCB and holes on the template by adjusting axis. Adjust distance between PCB and template by lifting platform. The level of position platform is less than 5 um. Template is manufactured in numerical control center which can improve level and accuracy. It is convenient for installing template. The fixed shelf of template can be adjusted by position head to improve position accuracy. The lift of template is finished by spring micro-power systems, it doesn't need weight hammer. It can save printing area. With vacuum absorb platform, outer vacuum pump to position and print FPC and PCB. At the same time it can meet abnormity components, glass, silicon chip and scutcheon.
