The work principle of the machine is to turn bottles to 96 degree or 110 degree, and then use the temperature of the beverage itself (>=80C) after hot filling to carry out final hyper-temperature pasteurization to the caps. The duration of pasteurization can be between 30-40 seconds per the requirement. The imported stainless steel chain and high-temperature plastic sprocket have been adopted.
