Filler-Seamer

The machine is automatic filler/seamer. It is mainly used for fixed-amount filling of viscous and high concentration material e.g. juice, jam, particle beverage, dairy products, vegetable oil, dilution of thick juice, pure liquor as well as daily-use makeup and medicine etc. It has simple structure and reliable performance. The parts contacting the liquor are all made of top-quality stainless steel. It has been installed with automatic control for liquid level in the material tank, devices of automatic opening filling valves with bottles (cans) & non-opening filling valves without bottles (cans). The agitating device has been installed in the material tank. The capping system adopts strong magnetic force for screwing caps.It is fit for many sizes of glass (tins), metal tins an PET bottles (tins)Production Capacity： 6000-18000 bottles/hour
