Working principles: Vacuum pump generates a Vacuum in the mid conveying container, bulk material be suctioned to the container through hose. Reach to the preset time, scavenging air valve works, materials be discharged to the silo from the mid conveying container. In side the mid conveying container there's a filter module separates air and product. The conveyed material is kept and collected in the mid conveying container. The vacuum pump switches off till the material is kept and collected in the mid conveying container. The vacuum pump swithches off till the silo is filled with materials. After unloading the materials from the silo to a certain level, the whole conveying cycle starts again. The features: --The vacuum pump vents airflow that can auto-clean accumulative materials on percolator, and the blow-out airflow are inhaled by the vacuum pump. Keeping inside airflow enclose cycle, and no powder overflowing. --Cylinder controls air change valve, simple structure. --The airflow pass though the air change valve, in a state of operation the vacuum pump completes suction material and taking material. It improves greatly work efficiency and avoids malfunction as a result of electromechanical frequency startup. --The cylinder filter is made of high strength material, it ensures the second class airflow of enough filter retion area, and availability prevents powder from entering the vacuum pump. --Conveying powder material safely and quickly.
