The screw material cylinder is elaborately made of 38 CRMOALA alloy steel after nitrogen treatment and has best rigidity and corrosion resistance. 3. The mould head is plated with hardchromium and has srew mandrel structure with uniform and smooth material discharging. And the aircooled device has labyrinth type stucture with characteristica as uniform air-iut quantity, automatic temperature control and automatic heating. The coiling device adopts torque motor to keep proper tension with even rolling and convenient roll replacing.
