Hydrapower is introducing the new F1 Series CNC Punching machine.
Know as the Fab 1, it will suit fabricators who cannot justify the expense of a high speed turret punch but can afford this alternative priced at $155,000 for a 110 ton model capable of punching a 2.75” hole in ½” plate. The machine is ideal for fabricators who process a wide variety of thicknesses which could not be processed on a 30 to 50 ton turret punch. It will handle many punching applications quicker than thermal cutting and at a lower cost.
The CAD software is very user friendly and can be programmed by first time operators with no prior CAD experience.
The CNC control is Windows based using an industrial PC.
A set of 8 tools is included. The tool cartridge is suitable for thick style tooling as found on the most popular turret punching machines for up to ¼” plate. Above that we use our design tooling.
The machine is also suitable for a dedicated punching operation on a product which runs long term but has up to 8 hole configurations.
