The broadband coating is optimized for 1064 nm with good inspection performance at VIS wavelengths. Additionally the Focus-Ronar lenses can also be used at 532nm. With the design of three high quality and optimized lens elements a diffraction-limited focus is achieved. It is possible to get one standardized mechanical design for various focal lengths.
