According the letters you want to printing to prepare the mold,choose the right hardness silicone and the catalyst,clean the mold with detergent,dry it with air gun,then brush a layer of release agent,dry it again.2. MixingPlease weight 100 Part A base and 2 parts of CA30 Curing Agent in a clean container.Thoroughly stir Part A base silicone before use, as filler separation may accour upon prolonged storage. Mixing Part A and Part B evenly until the CA30 completely dispersed in the base. Hand or mechanical mixing can be used,but do not for an extended period of time or allow the temperature to exceed 35C(95F). Mix suitably small quantities to ensure thorough mixing of base and curing agent.It is strongly recommended that entrapped air be removed in a vacuum chamber,allowing the mix to completely expand and then collapse. After a further 1—2 mins under vacuum,the mix should be inspected and can be used if free of air bubbles. A volume increase of 3—5 times will accour on vacuum de-airing the mixture. So a suitably large container should be chosen.3. Curing the mixture and curingPour the misxed Part A base silicone and CA-30 curing agent as soon as possible into the plastic mold avoiding air entrapment.The catalyzed material will cure to a flexible rubber within 6 hours(or faster by different mixing ratio or room temperature),we advice you de-mold after 24 hours ,it is will improve the replicate times of silicone mold.Attention Please according your product’s size,letters to choose the right hardness silicone.STORAGEWhen stored at or below 30 C(85F) in the original unopened containers,SILASTIC RTV1023 Base and CA30 Curing agent have a usable life of 9 months.from the date of production. Note:SILASTIC RTV1023 is an industrial product and must not be used in food products printing, dental human skin molding applications.
