1. Raw material structure: Shrinkable PVC, OPP OR PE. 2. Shrinkable range: TD 45-60% MD 1-3%. 3. Thickness of PVC film: 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 Micron. 4. Bottle label normally use 35, 40, 45 micron, neck label use 40, 45, 50 micron. 5. Sleeve label carton size: L35*W30*H25mm. 15000_25000PCS per carton. 6. Roll film(reel) carton size: L51*W51*H___(it depends on the width of sleeve label), paper inner diameter is 6", automatic labeling machine always use 6" paper core, the outside diamter of roll film is less than 500mm. 7. Minimum order quantity: It depends on the size of label. The quantity variation permissible is more or less 10%. 8. Colors: One color needs one cylinder to print. 9. Cylinder: USD75/cylinder. 10. Payment terms: T/T, 50% down payment, pay rest before sending B/L. 11. Delivery terms: EXW or FOB, CIF are accepted. 12. Packing method: To be supplied in bundle of sleeve., packed in thermo-cool sheets and use special anti-hot paper to wrap before packing and then into suitable transport-worthy box. 13. Packed label in store below 25 degree, protected from sun, rain and dust.
