Arrange a transporting date with the client. The client will be asked to provide details of the package being transported, that may includes filling the form of entrusting order for cargo transport, signing and giving it to the keep of our company.2. Arrange for the exporting form, receiving and packaging matters.3. Documentation, Review the list;4. Notify the client for payment of the transport charge;5. On the second business day after the transportation of the package, keep under file and check for waybill and the vehicle documents, then provide the final copy to the client, Port agency and offshore agency.6. In way information tracing；7. Notify the client and the port of offshore agency about the changes to packaging and the Transit information.8.
