Tipper / Dump Truck

The tipper semi trailer of our company developed, applied with Euro popular U Structure, and employed UG 3D software and NASTRAN ANSYS. Inner box dimensions are 9500*2420*1500mm and 9050*2300*1500mm. Load volumes are 32 CBM and 30 CBM. Tare Weight is 9500 KG and 8500 KG. Rated load capacity is 60000KG. The box applied with Sweden SSAB HARDOX 450 high strength wear-resistant steel, and its high strength wearing quality, and tensile strength lengthen service life for 2 or 3 years. The frame applied with SSAB DOMEX700 high strength steel, high strength and light weight made its tare weight reduced 35% under the condition of rated load 60T compare to other common material. The hydraulic system applied with full set of HYVA hydraulic system, it has powerful lifting and its rated lifting force up to 80T.
