5000kN Explosive Compacting Hydraulic Press
This press is specially designed according to the requirements for explosive compacting process.
However, it can also be used for other products, for which double directional pressing is needed.
The press is equipped with separate motive power mechanism and electric system. It is centrally controlled with pushbuttons. Three kinds of operation：adjustment operation, manual operation and semiautomatic operation can be realized.
The unique 5-crown 4-column construction is used which makes the press be featured in long stroke and many kinds of action.
Its working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range can be adjusted. Semi-automatic working cycle of 2-directional pressing and 2-directional forming can be realized.
Pressing force of the upper and lower main cylinders is divided into two steps, which are controlled by different hydraulic control valves. Various pressing force needed by the users can be obtained accurately.
The motive power system is adopts advanced cartridge valves. Therefore it possesses the features of compact construction. Attractive appearance, reliable performance, easy maintenance and high degree of universalization.
Advanced micro-processor control is used in the electric system which makes the press a highly automatic one and contactless proxilnity limit switch is used as stroke limit component which makes the press explosion-proof.
