SG-3000 vacuum EVA laminated glass machine is a professional equipment to produce laminated glass without autoclave. It is able to produce various laminated glass thanks to the advantages of this machine and specific film. You can insert the silk, metal mesh, fibre or other films into normal glass sheets in order to produce decorative and functional laminated glass.
SG-3000 is designed by means having solved many problems and difficult basis on decade experience, such as: Polluted glass by excessive adhesive, asymmetrical heating, low production but high energy consume etc. It is equipped with multilayer vacuum beds, and each bed is able to load double units so that the production capacity is double times than normal oven. This is a unique design of SG-3000-4DD.
SG-3000-4DD applied with draft fan system, so that can generate an even temperature, multi rubber bags can be load at same time, PLC system and multi-area control as optional.
