It uses infrared heating tube as heating element and fire-proof material of international brand as heat insulating layer, which is of low power consumption (only2/3 of power consumption of the same machine in China). 2. It has unique design and temperature control system which is easy to operate. It can process all kinds of fused tridimensional glass according to different requirements. 3. This furnace is designed and manufactured to shaping fused glass. Heating up and anneal is controlled by program. It is with special design which guarantees the upper and lower surface of glass to be cooled down according to the anneal curve. It can eliminate the inner stress farthest to make glass size more precise.
