Main purpose and adopted arrangementThe machine is mainly grinding on solid matters in liquid; make the solid matters crush up in liquid. Extensively used on chemical and industry business such as dope, color plasm, dye, oil ink, pharmacy, film, paper making, which is an ideal grinding equipment for high efficiency crush up. Feature of structureThe machine is consisted on following parts: machine body, main motion delivery, canister, scatter, material input pump, speed adjustor, water cool circulation system, electronic controller. The power of main engine is delivered to motion axle with belt, the low end of motion axle is connected with axle connector and axle scatter. The axle scatters delivery the rotation of scatter plate and stabilizer. The canister is double structure, the middle inner layer is connected with cool water, to absorb, and exhaust the heat during grinding. The material input at bottom of canister has check valve to prevent the back flow of material. The material input pump is driving with step less speed adjustor and speed variation engine, it can adjust the quantity of material input, also can be directly connected with belt on engine, adjust the flow with valve. Main engine, pump engine are controlled by electronic program chain, very easy for operation.
