RF50Q Automatic Production Line is ideally suited for producing small ball bearing rings (inner rings 30-50mm inner diameter, outer rings 40-100mm outer diameter). It mainly consists of 3MK135(for inner rings) and 3MK1410(for outer rings) Automatic Groove Grinding Machine, 3MK315(for inner rings) and 3MK3210(for outer rings) Race Super Finishing Machine, 3MK205 Internal (Bore) Grinding Machine and other supplementary equipments such as outside bearing tester and charging machine.

Meanwhile, according to the authority, you may answer the alarm or modify the variables and so on.
o Tele-diagnosis function. It is possible for you to view the real-time information of working spot, diagnose the faults and then inform the factory technicians for finding possible solutions as soon as possible.
o The recording, storage and printing of the faults.
o The statistics, storage, report and printing of the various data (monthly production & shift production & eligibility rate) during production.
o Directly connected with the factory management net, realizing the automatization and informatization of the whole factory.
3. Centralized cooling system and centralized air-feed system. Three filtrating and cooling schemes, all adopting standard interface, are provided for users as options:
o Filtrating and cooling system laid overhead.
o Filtrating and cooling system laid underground.
o Separate filtrating and cooling system for each machine.
4. The most advanced eliminating idle-stroke/anti- collision system and online grinding wheel balancing system are adopted, providing increased automatic efficiency, security performance and machine life.

6. Automatic charging and discharging mechanism:
o Traditional feeding mechanism is replaced by automatic pusher, avoiding collision and guaranteeing the quality of the bearings.
o Automatic alarm when charge empty or discharge full. Charging/ discharging time is adjustable.
7. Machine bed is constructed from HT250 cast iron and resin sand casting technology is used, providing better material equality and shock absorption, guaranteeing the non-deformation of the machine and precision machining of the bearing rings.
