S7120 Thread plug grinding machine Type: 200 x250mm Appication: This machine is mainly used in the tool workshop of machinery factory to grind the external threads of plug gauges. It can also grind the precision ACME leadscrew and the worm with small modules. MAJOR FEATURES: 1. Worktable is moved along the combined guide pair (one is rolling, another is sliding) longitudinally. Wheelstock is moved along the rolling guide pair crosswisely. 2. High precision rolling bearings are used for wheel spindle, with very high rotary accuracy. 3. Wheel spindle speed is adjusted by changing the pulley. 4. Automatic dressing feed and wheel compensation can be achieved by the automatic dresser. 5. Pitch to be ground is adjusted by change gears.
