After selecting Namgo Green Plum(Mesil) which are cultivated by organic-grown farming through ripening them in fermented soybeans for more than 1 year, the Green Plum(Mesil) soy sauce is made without extracting soybean paste. It reproduces Korean traditional soy sauce brewing techniques with subtle aroma.
