We produce Extra Virgin olive oil with 0,2 ?acidity or less. We have our own olive tree plantation in Toledo, Spain. From the moment the olives are picked to the point where the olive oil is bottled, we are involved in the whole process including collecting, milling, quality control, bottling and suitable storage.
