| We are U.S. based and qualified U.S. Agent for foreign food facilities required to register with the US FDA = Food & Drug Administration & who need to appoint an FDA regulatory Agent. The Bioterorrism law went into force December 2003. If you export today to the United States you must be registered and select a U.S. FDA Agent. We do both functions. We also provide Prior Notice service to the FDA for food shipments bound to the United States: max. 5 days before arrival---min. 8 hours before containers arrive US ports per the new Law.
