Soybean Paste Premium

Sempio soybean paste premium (Korean name : Deonjang) is made by fermenting soybean with salt. Often grains and sometimes other ingredients are added. It tastes salty and, depending on the type of grain used as well as fermentation time, more or less sweet. Sempio soybean paste premium is widely used as soup and dipping sauce for vegetables, meats and fish.
