OEM 1118mm Full Sticky Inkjet Sublimation Paper for Clothing and Leather Description Regarding digital sublimation transfer, its system is composed of 3 major components : Inkjet printer, dye sublimaiton ink and sublimation paper. Its big difference and benefit is to reduce the minimum order volume, various design(image) possible, cost reduction from eliminating the convention printing procedures, color seperation and color plate making, and reducting space. Conventional method has the strength on prodcution capability still comparision to Inkjet printing. 1. Inkjet printer : printhead is to be based on piezo printhead, which is adopter Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh and Epson. Dye sublimation ink : its characteristcs is be printed on sublimation paper, its color particle on the surface of paper is vaporized to the balank media, e.g. polyester fabric or polymer coated media while heat pressing is applied. It should be good qualtiy in ink despensing from the printhead, disperse well, no cloggining as well as good color reproduction. 3.
