The outer diameter of the magnetic coils are 2.5~8mm, the inner diameter of the magnetic coils is no less than 1.5mm, thickness of the magnetic coils is no less than 0.8mm 3. The PLC programmable controller simultaneously ensures the safety of the machine and the stability of running. 4. We used touch screen, it can be easily programmed according to different magnetic coils inductance and convenient for debugging. 5. This machine adopted optical fiber counter and stepping driver, which ensure the correct number of turns and the distributing quality of the coils.
