Requirements and system design basis:

Equipped with liquid solute: Dialysis powder (in line with the requirements of the national drug supervision bureau of the product registration)
Health standards: The bacteria of the product were less than 100cfu/ml.
For the liquid: For continuous fluid

Design features:
1. Simple and reliable automatic control
PLC control system, touch-screen operation plans in the form of man-machine dialogue, raise a substantial degree of automation. Give full play to the central hydraulic system for efficient, low workload.
2. Dialysis powder dissolved in the way
System uses the pressure pump and loop line to form a circle of water flow through the heating system so that dialysis powder dissolved rapidly. Automatic control temperature and dissolved time, reduced the workload, eliminate the use of contact stir way which can cause pollution.
3. Ultrafiltration membrane of bacteria separate resist device To prevent bacterial contamination of dialysis solution, to stop the bacteria have entered the pipeline dialysis.
