Pulse Vacuum Steam Autoclave B Class 185L (SSM-TAV185)

A small size autoclave with rapid function by means of high temperature pressure steame for treatment to sugical instruments, dental instruments, glass utensils, injection sets, liquor and etc in operating rooms, department of stomatology and ophthalmology, biological research and medical institutions.

Major capability and characteristics:
1. Controlled by PLC with touch keys, LCD display
2. Water feeding, heating, sterilization, steam exhaust, drying controlled automatically in a cycle.
3. Built-in water cycle vacuum pump, dynamic pulse vacuum exhaust the air, pressure can reach -0.09MPa. The air in the dressing and A-class hollow instrument can be pumped thoroughly.
4. High penetration function guarantees the high temperature steam quickly penetrating the dressing, instrument pack, A-class hollow instrument, making sure thorough sterilization.
5. Vacuum dry system, vacuum ratio can reach -0.09MPa. After the dry, the residue humidity on instrument is no more than 0.2%, and the residue humidity on dressing is no more than 1%
6. Built-in steam generator, no need to connect outer steam source.
7. Heating film is added on the out surface of the chamber to keep warming, so the condense water is avoided, and the dry is effective.
8. 6 sterilization programs for customer's choice: Dressing, instrument, rubber, liquid, user-defined, culture medium sterilization and preservation.
9. B/D test, vacuum test program, vacuum leakage is less than 0.13Kpa/min.
