The roll is made of cold hard cast iron LTG-H, whose surface rigidity is HS68-75. There are three types of roll, such as cored smooth roll, cored fluted roll, circumferentially drilled smooth roll. The roll adopts double auto-centering rolling bearings, which are lubricated by lubrication grease. 3. The mixing mill base with steel plate welding, through stuffy fire processing it will never be deformed, avoiding the drawbacks as the traditional cast iron base easy to be broken 4.
