Volume Total volume is 260L. Working volume is 200L. 2. Raw Materials Internal cylinder, top cover, pipelines, stirring blade and disperser is made of SUS316L. Jacket is made of Carbon Steel Q235-B. Thermal insulation is expanded perlite. Outer layer is made of SUS304. 3. Thickness Internal cylinder is 5mm. Top cover is 5mm. Jacket is 6mm. Outer layer is 3mm. Stirring blade is 10mm. 4. Structure Upper bulged hemispherical cover. Flanged coupling. 5. Nozzles Inspection nozzle, inspection lamp nozzle, vacuum nozzle, pressure gauge nozzle, temperature sensor nozzle, material feeding nozzle and stirring shaft nozzle is equipped on the cover. 6. All-Position Stirring & Disperser Ribbon type stirrer blade, made of SUS316. Motor is SIEMENS brand and the power is 5.5KW. Speed adjustment is controlled by DANFOSS frequency converter, speed 0-80rpm. Disperser is equipped upside down on the bottom inside main tank, it is made of SUS316L and is punched forming to hi-speed disperser. Motor is SIEMENS brand and the power is 7.5KW. Speed adjustment is controlled by DANFOSS frequency converter, speed 0-1500rpm. 7. Seal Large flange is adopted with O-shape silastic seal ring. Disperser is adopted with famous brand hi-speed mechanical seal which is equipped with cooling device to protect seal and prolong the working life. Stirring blade is adopted with vessel mechanical seal. 8. Manual Tilting with self-locked function, to avoid main tank tilting automatically. Maximum tilting angle is 91 degree centigrade. 9. Heating & Cooling Method Steam heating input to jacket. Cooling water input to jacket. - Water Tank 1. Volume Total volume is 190L. Working volume is 150L. 2. Raw Materials Internal cylinder, top cover and stirring blade are all made of SUS316L. Jacket is made of Carbon Steel Q235-B. Thermal insulation is made of aluminum silicate. Outer layer and support are made of SUS304. 3. Thickness Internal cylinder is 5mm. Jacket is 6mm. Outer layer is 3mm. 4. Stirring Bottom wave-wheel blade, conforms to sanitary requirement. Stirring motor is SIEMENS brand, power 0.55KW, speed 960rpm. 5. Seal Hi-speed mechanical seal. 6. Heating Means. Electrical heating or Steam heating, optional. - Oil Tank - Vacuum System 1. Water ring vacuum system, to avoid the block caused by pump sucking any oil or bubbles. 2. Power is 1.5KW. 3. It is equipped with reinforced PVC soft pipelines. - Electrical Control Cabinet User-friendly manual button control. Cabinet is made of stainless steel.
